The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their loan requirements, generating leads, collecting required documents, and coordinating the application process with the concerned financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products. Explain loan eligibility, documentation and application procedures. Generate and qualify loan leads. Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.



Login/submit eligible loan applications through the appropriate process. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for application processing. Follow up with customers regarding application status, queries and approvals. Maintain accurate customer and lead records. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements Positive communication skills in English and Telugu. Basic computer knowledge. Confident and professional telephone communication. Ability to work with sales targets. Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, DSA or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
