The Role
The Lead Test Automation Specialist is responsible for leading the adoption, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of test automation across SAP and enterprise applications using Tricentis Tosca.
This role combines deep technical expertise in test automation with leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, coaching, and capability development. The successful candidate will establish and drive the automation strategy, framework, standards, and operating model across SAP Delivery Operations,



ensuring automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and technology objectives.
Although Tricentis Tosca is already implemented within the organization, this role will be responsible for building and maturing the enterprise automation capability, including the development of reusable assets, automation standards, governance controls, training programmes, and best practices that can be adopted across multiple delivery teams.
The role will work closely with Testing, Release Management, Architecture, SAP Basis, Development, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, improve testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the quality and predictability of SAP programme and BAU delivery.
