Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage the company’s procurement activities. The role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, controlling costs, and maintaining robust supplier relationships while ensuring quality and compliance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective purchasing and procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source materials, products, equipment, and services based on business requirements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure materials are purchased at competitive prices while meeting required quality standards.
- Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, sales, and other departments to understand purchasing requirements.




- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, quotations, and contracts.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain a qualified supplier database.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance reports for management.
- Support periodic audits and maintain proper procurement documentation.
