As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services,

providing travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process for clients. This role is

crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their travel needs, and

ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, follow up on inbound inquiries,

and close deals to meet or exceed established sales KPIs.

 Consultation & Itinerary Planning: Assess customer requirements (budget, dates,

interests) to design and present engaging, cost-effective travel packages.

 Booking & Administration: Process reservations for flights, hotels, railway tickets

and travel insurance, ensuring accuracy in Quotation and payments.

 Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer service,





promptly resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships to foster repeat

business.

 Market Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and

destination details.

Qualifications & Skills

 Experience: Bachelor's degree (Fresher’s are also invited)

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate

effectively and build rapport with clients.

 Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Tools, mailing and comparing rates with

other sites.

 Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unforeseen

travel issues or cancellations

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
