- Perform audits of all types of SD (Self-Distribution) and UG (Underground) installations and executions.
- Conduct audits of NR (Recent Route) Pole projects and Rehab areas to highlight issues and reduce FR (First-Time Resolution).
- Undertake audits of NR clusters post-handover to identify and arrest deterioration.
- Conduct ACT employee and vendor safety audits.
- Contribute to maintaining FR% in NR/Pole/Rehabbed project areas in the branch.
- Achieve targets for the number of post-NR/Rehabbed clusters audited per month.
- Highlight key issues in the field in SD & UG, which come under safety, cardinal & critical and process insights.
- Identify percentile safety, cardinal & critical & special issues within the city team.
- Support SD sales end-to-end booking processes.
