- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle
invoice booking
for purchase and sales transactions.
- Prepare and finalize
Balance Sheet

Profit & Loss Account
, and other financial statements.
- Manage
GST compliance
, including GSTR-1,



GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, and ITC.
- Handle
TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation

- Perform
Bank Reconciliation
,
Vendor Reconciliation
, and
Customer Reconciliation
.
- Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
