We are expanding our market presence and looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to spearhead our outreach campaigns, build our pipeline, and schedule high-impact coffee catchups and discovery meetings for our sales team.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional mass-email sales role. You will execute a dual-outcome outreach strategy across LinkedIn, Seek, and Email:

1. Short-Term/Contracting Engagements: Identify, qualify, and apply for network engineering contracts/projects.
2. Long-Term Strategic Relationships: Connect with recruiters, IT decision-makers,



and MSP owners to gather account intelligence and set up coffee/virtual meetings for our sales team.

Your goal is prospect identification, qualifying, and appointment setting. You will hand off fully briefing dossiers to the seniors, who conducts all product demonstrations and closing meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Prospecting: Execute structured daily search criteria across Seek.com.au, LinkedIn Jobs, and broader B2B channels targeting small-to-medium MSPs, recruitment consultants, and IT decision-makers in Australia (primarily Melbourne/Victoria).
- Prospect Qualification: Evaluate every job posting or company lead using our scoring model ($A/B/C$ classification) based on technical fit, business value, and relationship potential.
