Education : Graduation required

Experience : 1 to 3 years ( Must have experience in Packaging industry)

Job Responsibilities :

* Receive, record, and manage customer/party orders accurately and ensure timely processing. Coordinate with the Store/Purchase Department regarding material availability and requirements based on customer orders.

* Follow up with the Production Department to ensure orders are scheduled and completed as per the committed delivery timelines. Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams to confirm the readiness and dispatch status of customer orders.

* Maintain regular communication with parties/customers regarding order status, expected dispatch dates, and delivery updates. Monitor the complete order cycle from order receipt → material requirement → production → dispatch.





* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and avoid delays. Maintain proper records of customer orders, pending orders, production status, and dispatch details.

* Prepare regular order-status reports and provide updates to management. Ensure effective communication between customers and internal departments to achieve timely and accurate order fulfillment.

* Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
