Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals
- Identify areas for cost optimization and effective resource use

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Manage day-to-day entries, account reconciliation, and ledgers

GST Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Monitor input tax credits and stay current with regulatory changes

Cash Flow & Expense Oversight
- Oversee daily cash flow to support smooth operations
- Manage payables and receivables for financial balance

Reporting & Insights
- Prepare internal financial reports and statements




- Conduct variance analysis and suggest operational improvements

Risk & Compliance
- Support audits and regulatory compliance
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

Requirements
- Experience: 25 years in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance practices
- High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
