Job Title: Media Designer / Animator / Illustrator (Contract)

Location: Open (Noida/Pune preferred) — Hybrid

Job Type: Contract, 5–6 months

About the Role

We're looking for a creative media resource to produce visual concepts, illustrations, storyboards, motion graphics, and animation assets for eLearning and digital content projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop illustrations, sketches, concept art, character sets, icon libraries, and visual environments aligned to project requirements
- Create mood boards, storyboards, visual narratives, and asset directions for animations, videos, and interactive modules
- Design and animate graphics using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Maintain quality, consistency, brand guidelines, and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, animators, developers, and creative stakeholders, incorporating feedback throughout the process

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Illustration, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in illustration, storyboarding, or visual design (4–6 years preferred for motion graphics/animation roles)
- Strong grasp of colour theory, composition, perspective, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with character animation and scene composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI-assisted ideation tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or RunwayML is a plus

Engagement Details
- Contract duration: 5–6 months
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, as per project requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
