Job Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive/Manager with hands-on experience in the Travel & Tourism industry to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns focused on generating qualified leads, bookings, and revenue.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking, with a proven understanding of travel customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaigns for flights, hotels, holiday packages, international/domestic tours, visa services, and corporate travel.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve the best ROI/ROAS and cost per lead (CPL).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate,



ROAS, CAC, and revenue generated.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and analytics.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Analyze customer journeys from ad click → inquiry → lead → booking → revenue.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking systems, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.

Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
