NXP is seeking a candidate to manage security operations at multiple sites located in India. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Regional Security Manager, this individual is responsible for the facility s guard force supervision, incident response and management program, access control system deployment and management, and security compliance programs, which may include management and support of additional NXP operations or facilities.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree.
- A minimum of 12 years experience in industrial security, law enforcement, military or a combination thereof.
- Prior experience in a corporate logistics environment a plus.
- Prior experience conducting investigations or managing loss prevention activities.

Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Possess problem solving and project management fundamentals
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Sound knowledge of physical security practices and principles.




- Knowledge of risk assessment techniques.
- Ability to investigate and manage security incidents.
- High standard of ethics combined with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience with financial management, forecasting and planning.
- Experience in disaster recovery, contingency planning and/or crisis management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to employees at all levels.
- Ability to provide timely, proactive, creative, and practical reports and solutions.
- Demonstrated presentation and instructional skills.
- Knowledge of access control and closed-circuit monitoring systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite software
- Experience supporting ISO 15408/Common Criteria,ISO27001, C-TPAT, CFATS, GSMA SOX a plus
- Personal Protection Specialist (PPS), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Skilled Certified Investigator (PCI), Certified Frau
