Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sea Export (Inside Sales) professional to support sea export and import business activities. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing competitive import and export quotations, coordinating with customers and logistics partners, following up on business opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Sea Export & Import shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and transporters.
- Manage shipment documentation, tracking, and timely delivery coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely responses.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and follow up on quotations.
- Support the sales team with customer coordination and business development activities.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare import and export pricing, freight quotations, and commercial offers.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Sea Export & Import processes and freight forwarding.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare freight quotations and pricing.
- Good coordination with sales, operations, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, inside sales, or customer coordination preferred.
- Exposure to Sea Export/Import operations and freight pricing will be preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive approach.
