Position: Solar Field Service Executive

Eligibility:

✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical or a related technical field

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in the solar industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems

• Service and maintenance of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid inverters

• Site inspection and fault diagnosis

• Customer support and technical issue resolution

• Preparation of service reports and timely case closure

• Willingness to travel for field service assignments

Desired Skills:





• Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge

• Hands-on experience with solar PV systems and inverters

• Valuable communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to work independently at customer sites
