Position Overview:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee coordination, onboarding activities, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles. This role involves sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, supporting organizational policies,
and driving employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will work closely with department managers to ensure effective talent acquisition and workforce management.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
