Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Engineering Manager role based in Noida. The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, set technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery of software and integrated diagnostic solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end software development, managing project plans and milestones, coordinating integration between hardware, software, and data systems,



and collaborating with product, clinical, and operations teams. The role involves establishing best practices, improving engineering processes, conducting code and design reviews, and ensuring that solutions are robust, secure, and scalable to support Mobilab’s healthcare diagnostics platforms.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience guiding and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including hands-on experience with modern programming languages, architectures, and development frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex technical initiatives on schedule.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, especially in connecting software, hardware, and data pipelines within product
