Zonal Therapy Manager IVF & Reproductive Diagnostics (Mumbai)
The Zonal Therapy Manager IVF will be responsible for building and scaling LifeCell Diagnostics' IVF and Reproductive Diagnostics business across the assigned zone, with a strong focus on:
IVF Specialists
Reproductive Medicine Specialists
Fertility Centers
Obstetricians & Gynecologists
Embryologists
Andrology & Fertility Diagnostics
The incumbent will lead strategic KOL engagement, scientific education initiatives, institutional collaborations, and zonal revenue delivery by increasing clinician adoption of advanced fertility and reproductive diagnostic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Market Development
Drive adoption of LifeCell's IVF and Reproductive Diagnostics portfolio among fertility specialists and IVF centers.
Identify high-potential opportunities in infertility evaluation, recurrent pregnancy loss, embryo selection, male infertility, and reproductive health diagnostics.
Position diagnostics as a critical component of fertility treatment planning and patient management.

KOL & Specialist Engagement
Build solid relationships with leading IVF Specialists, Reproductive Endocrinologists, Gynecologists, Embryologists, and Fertility Center Directors.
Establish LifeCell Diagnostics as a trusted scientific and clinical partner.
Drive repeat referrals and long-term engagement from key fertility specialists.
3. Scientific Programs & Academic Activation
Conceptualize and execute CMEs, fertility forums, case discussions, IVF workshops, and scientific meetings.
Lead evidence-based scientific communication around fertility diagnostics, reproductive genetics, embryo assessment, and treatment outcomes.
Ensure measurable business impact from scientific engagement programs.
4. Revenue & Business Ownership
Deliver zonal revenue targets through increased test utilization, institutional partnerships, and clinician conversion.
