Role & responsibilities :

Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for personal loan disbursals and portfolio growth.

Customer Acquisition: Source new clients through market mapping, lead generation, and direct customer interactions

Risk & Compliance: Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure high application quality

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor sales executives or field officers to maximize productivity

Process Coordination: Ensure fast turnaround times (TAT) for loan processing and coordinate with operations for document clearance.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail banking, financial services, or unsecured lending sales.

Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Competencies: Sound knowledge of local lending markets, target-driven mindset, and basic familiarity with CRM or digital banking apps.
