Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote UNIBEATS events and brand initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include capturing photos and videos at events, drafting posts and captions, designing basic graphics or short-form videos, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor trends, track performance metrics,



and collaborate closely with event coordinators, marketing team members, and artists’ representatives to ensure cohesive and effective digital promotion. The role also requires engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and supporting live coverage of events in real time.

Qualifications
- Ability to plan and produce social media content, including captions, short-form videos, and basic graphics, with a strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and current trends in youth and college entertainment culture.
- Basic skills with content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile video editors, photo editing apps); experience with professional tools is an advantage.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
