Job Expectations:
- Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments according to established protocols and training standards.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered with care, comfort, and attention to guest well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when necessary.
- Assist in stock control, product inventory, and preparation of treatment areas.




- Support the Spa team in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Uphold Coco Collection s brand standards in every guest interaction.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Spa, Beauty, or Wellness Therapy. Minimum Job Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a luxury spa or resort setting. Reporting to: Spa Head Travel: NA
