Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and negotiate clinical contracts with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex contractual data to inform business decisions.
- Provide expert guidance on contract management and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical contracting or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in contract management software and tools.
