Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building construction/EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, reporting, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop baseline, master, detailed, and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and update schedules regularly.
- Prepare S-Curves, progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and manpower histograms.
- Track critical path, milestones, delays, and schedule deviations.
- Prepare recovery/catch-up plans and support delay analysis/EOT documentation.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, MEP,



and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor manpower, resources, procurement, drawings, and material schedules.
- Conduct progress review meetings and track action points.
- Support project forecasting, risk identification, and overall project controls.
