Shivalika Cleantech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a government-recognized renewable energy startup delivering end-to-end rooftop solar power solutions for residential and commercial clients in Gwalior. We are hiring a Sales Tele Caller to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial customers to generate interest in solar rooftop solutions
- Explain our offerings and the PM Surya Ghar Yojana government subsidy scheme to potential customers
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead conversion targets





Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or tele-sales experience is a plus
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

What we offer:
- Fixed salary of Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus performance incentives
