Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

You'll be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns that generate high-quality patient enquiries, which seamlessly integrate into our AI platform for automated qualification and follow-up.

What you'll be doing
- Develop,



launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns to recruit patients for clinical trials.
- Drive high-quality patient acquisition while continually improving cost per qualified lead.
- Test and optimise audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages using data-driven insights.
- Work closely with our AI, product and clinical teams to improve patient engagement and recruitment outcomes.
- Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights to maximise ROI.
- Help shape and scale Srotas' digital patient recruitment offering as the business grows.

What we're looking for
- Proven success managing high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and marketing performance tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
