Role Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing housekeeping operations across the IT office premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and service delivery. The role involves supervising housekeeping personnel, coordinating with facility and client teams, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across office areas, reception areas, meeting rooms, cafeterias, washrooms, corridors, staircases, lifts, breakout zones, and other common areas.
- Supervise housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and housekeeping associates.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate work areas, and ensure adequate manpower deployment across all shifts.




- Conduct regular inspections and ensure that cleaning activities are completed as per the approved schedules and checklists.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and appearance throughout the facility.
- Ensure timely cleaning and readiness of meeting rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and executive areas.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools, consumables, and washroom supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and submit requirements for replenishment in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all cleaning chemicals are labelled, stored, and handled safely.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming standards, customer service, safety practices, and chemical handling.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management, Engineering, Security, Pantry, Administration, and client teams for smooth operations.
