Vistex Technical Manager to join our team. The GTMS Technical Manager leads the technical landscape, development teams, and platform stability across GTMS SAP systems, Technical Manager will ensure reliable operations, scalable architecture, and successful delivery of SAP technical solutions in various areas like Design, implement, and maintain IT solutions,



ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing technical team for the APAC GTMS organization.
- Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams by providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to architecture, coding, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and audits with Architects and Technical Leads to ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.
- Ensure all development activities, change requests, and technical solutions are properly documented and thoroughly tested across all applicable scenarios.
- Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and architectural decisions effectively with business stakeholders, customers, developers, and leadership teams.
