Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven Inbound & Outbound Sales Executive to manage both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound sales activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling marketing-generated leads while also building a sales pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting. The candidate will identify potential customers,



generate qualified opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate with prospects, and successfully close deals.

This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, consultative selling, product demonstrations, pipeline development, and revenue generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Lead Management
- Contact inbound leads received through website forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, referrals, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Qualify leads based on company profile, business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain complete lead information in Flowzo CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned enquiries.

Outbound Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, WhatsApp, referrals, and other outbound channels.
