Role Description The Head of Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Safidon, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations for Skylark Group. This position leads planning, coordination, and optimization of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely,



cost-effective movement of feed, live birds, processed products, and equipment. The role involves managing inventory flows across multiple facilities, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. The Head of Logistics will collaborate closely with supply chain, production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business goals and customer commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising logistics staff, negotiating with service providers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and leveraging technology and data to drive continuous improvement.
