This is for an innovation-driven specialty chemicals company focused on Biochemicals, Advanced Materials, Carbon Nanomaterials, and Electronic Chemicals. Backed by robust R&D; capabilities and a vision for sustainable chemistry, we are building next-generation products for global markets.

We are hiring a BD Manager to commercialize our CNT products (powders, conductive slurries/dispersions) into India's battery value chain to start with and expand globally. This is a revenue-ownership role for someone who already knows this ecosystem: the cell makers, the cathode/anode materials producers, the qualification process, and the people. The persona should ideally have existing relationships and domain credibility across Cell Manufacturing, BESS, Battery Materials, Energy Storage and should be able convert those relationships into sampling programs, qualifications,



and purchase orders subsequently.

Role - Business Development Manager CNT

Reporting to Head, Sales and Business Development Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for Carbon Nano Tubes across battery ecosystem: Cell manufacturers, CAM/AAM producers, slurry/electrode makers, and BESS/pack players
- Generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and build a healthy sales pipeline to support business growth
- Drive the full qualification process — technical introduction, sample supply, slurry/electrode trial support, cell-level validation, spec-in, and commercial closure
- Coordinate with our R&D; on dispersion quality, loading optimization, and customer-specific formulation requirements
- Build and maintain a mapped account plan of every gigafactory, cell line, and materials plant in India (and export accounts going forward), with details for R&D;, Procurement, and Quality departments
