Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
- Configure sustainability data models, emissions management, and ESG reporting frameworks.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Integrate Net Zero Cloud with ERP, HR, Finance, IoT, and third-party sustainability data sources.
- Create and manage carbon accounting, energy consumption, waste management, and emissions reporting processes.
- Develop APIs and integration services using REST/SOAP and Salesforce integration tools.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and sustainability scorecards.
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sustainability teams, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with ESG, GHG Protocol, CDP, and sustainability reporting standards.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform Development.




- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation and customization.
- Expertise in:
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- SOQL/SOSL
- Validation Rules & Process Automation
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of sustainability, ESG, and carbon accounting concepts.
- Experience integrating external systems and data sources into Salesforce.
- Knowledge of data modeling and reporting within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental reporting projects.
- Knowledge of GHG Protocol Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions tracking.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
