Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for a diagnostic centre with multiple branches across Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance across different branches, identifying areas of improvement, developing new business opportunities, and increasing referrals and tie-ups with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other healthcare establishments.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit different branches regularly and monitor branch-wise sales and revenue performance.
- Identify branches with low sales and develop strategies to improve their performance.
- Analyse branch-wise business, referral patterns, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate companies, and other healthcare providers.
- Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate recent business and referral opportunities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase diagnostic test volumes and revenue.
- Plan and execute local marketing and business development activities.
- Set sales targets and track achievement branch-wise.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve customer acquisition and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Take corrective action wherever sales or business performance is below expectations.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in diagnostics, hospitals, healthcare, or the medical industry.
- Strong experience in B2B healthcare sales and doctor/hospital tie-ups will be preferred.
