Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Real Estate Trainer to train and develop our sales team. The trainer will be responsible for improving product knowledge, sales skills, communication, negotiation, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales executives.
- Design and deliver training programs related to real estate sales, property knowledge, and customer handling.
- Train employees on project details, USPs, pricing, inventory, location advantages, and market trends.
- Develop training modules for lead generation, calling, follow-ups, site visits, presentations, and conversions.
- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and practical sales exercises.
- Train the team on objection handling, negotiation, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.




- Identify individual and team-level skill gaps and provide targeted coaching.
- Conduct regular refresher and performance-improvement training.
- Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales managers and management.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training records, assessments, and performance reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, training, or learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
- Ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
