About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator to oversee client projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with North American clients. This role requires advanced proficiency in Asana and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities




- Coordinate and manage multiple client projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments in Asana.
- Manage project workflows, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines using Asana.
- Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track project budgets, financial performance, and overall project outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
