The Job :

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI and Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and cloud-native AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in AI/ML, NLP, Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and production-grade AI solution development. Skills such as MCP, agent orchestration, observability, guardrails, and governance are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
- Build Agentic AI solutions with autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool integrations.




- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Implement AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Build AI applications on Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- Design agent communication protocols, MCP integrations, and enterprise tool connectivity.
- Implement guardrails, observability, monitoring, validation, and governance mechanisms for AI systems.
- Optimize prompts, context engineering, token utilization, and model performance.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development along with ML experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
