Position Overview:
We are looking to fill Packaging Supervisor Jobs in India at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit

This position is vital to maintaining smooth packaging operations, ensuring quality output, and managing packaging line teams

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, quality-focused, and capable of managing people and processes efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day packaging line operations to meet production goals

Monitor line performance, packaging quality, and staff productivity

Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards

Train and lead packaging staff on standard operating procedures and quality practices





Maintain accurate shift-wise records, material usage, and packaging documentation

Coordinate with the Production, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments

Troubleshoot issues in packaging equipment and escalate as required

Support process improvements and contribute to overall plant efficiency

Assist during audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation

Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Cosmetic Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Production, or related disciplines

Hard Skills:
Proficiency with packaging machinery and equipment operations

Solid understanding of quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance

Familiarity with cosmetic or oral care packaging processes

Ability to manage production records and shift planning

Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
