Role Summary

DCS is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support the Chief of Staff in coordinating across all of DCS's advisory and execution resources. This is a junior, execution-focused role: you will be the operational engine behind the shared tracker, task follow-ups, and daily coordination rhythm,



so that the Chief of Staff can focus on judgment calls and priority-setting, and so that DCS's senior leadership can stay focused on strategic decisions and revenue generation rather than day-to-day chasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the single shared tracker daily, ensuring every open item has a clear owner, a deadline, and an accurate status.

• Follow up directly with advisors and internal teams on assigned action items — chasing updates and surfacing delays early, before they need to escalate.

• Prepare structured notes from the Chief of Staff's daily sync with leadership, and convert discussion points into tracked, owned tasks the same day.

• Support the Chief of Staff in routing incoming requests to the right advisor or owner, so ad hoc asks don't need to go directly to senior leadership.

• Compile regular status summaries highlighting overdue items, blockers, and anything needing a decision.
