Role & responsibilities
- Oversee civil execution activities for high-rise residential towers including RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, faade, flooring, and related works.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, construction methodology, and compliance with approved drawings/specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, snagging/de-snagging, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
- Review work schedules, progress reports, and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards, statutory requirements, and project procedures.
- Support testing, completion, and handover activities of residential towers.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in high-rise residential construction and civil execution.
- Knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, waterproofing, faade, and quality management. Hands on experience Mivan foamwork Construction
- Experience in contractor management, project monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10 -12 years of experience in Civil Construction / Project Management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in executing high-rise residential projects (30+ stores).
- Experience with IPCs, reputed real estate developers, or leading construction organizations preferred.
- Strong exposure to premium residential projects, quality control, contractor management, and PMC coordination.
