Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and precision tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool drawings, and GD&T; specifications.
- Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling, turning, and bench work.
- Operate conventional machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinding, and drilling machines.
- Carry out tool modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ensure tooling dimensions and tolerances are maintained as per specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and dial gauge.
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for tooling requirements.
- Identify tooling-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct trial runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper tool performance.
- Maintain tooling records, inspection reports,



and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in Tool Making / Tool Room activities.
- Valuable knowledge of jigs, fixtures, dies, moulds, and gauges.
- Strong knowledge of fitting and precision measurement.
- Experience with milling, lathe, grinding, drilling, and other tool-room machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.67 per month
