Role Description
The Telecaller role at TheCconnects is a full-time remote position focused on outreach and relationship building with executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing contacts, explaining the perks of being featured on the platform, and guiding them through the process of submitting their details.



The Telecaller will maintain call logs, update contact information in the database, and follow up via phone and email to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves answering queries, sharing relevant links and resources, coordinating with internal teams for scheduling interviews or features, and meeting agreed-upon targets for outreach and conversions.
