Job Purpose:



This role is responsible for driving business excellence and organization transformation through continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with IMS, DISHA, ABEM, and other quality frameworks through regular audits, training, and process management. Additionally, this role will also oversee equipment management strategies, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards of operational excellence in line with Six Sigma methodologies.

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.tech or equivalent technical field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

10+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or a related field, with a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, energy, or any industry with a solid focus on operational excellence and quality management systems.
