Key Responsibilities
- Understand business/functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and effort estimations.
- Design and develop applications using .NET Core, MVC & Angular.
- Develop and optimize MS SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and queries.
- Support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, coding standards,
and quality guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, PMs, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.
