Primary School Teacher (Pre-Nursery to KG)

Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelor s degree with B.Ed. / ECCE / M.Ed.
- 3 7 years of experience in pre-primary or early years teaching
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years Framework or international curricula preferred

Education and Experience

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
1 3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Functional Competencies
- Sound understanding of core HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of child safeguarding norms and employee lifecycle documentation
- Familiarity with HR policies and employee engagement best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of HR software and digital record-keeping systems
