Key Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, and other incoming materials.
- Verify components against BOM, specifications, drawings, datasheets, and purchase requirements.
- Check part number, manufacturer, quantity, date/lot code, packaging, MSL condition, and physical condition.
- Conduct visual inspection for damage, oxidation, bent leads, incorrect marking, packaging issues, etc.
- Use basic inspection tools such as multimeter, microscope, vernier caliper, LCR meter, etc.
- Maintain IQC inspection records and ensure proper Accepted / Rejected / Hold identification.
- Raise and support closure of NCRs for rejected incoming material.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production,



and Quality teams for material-related issues.
- Support SMT line quality inspections and component traceability when required.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF quality procedures, ESD, and FIFO/FEFO requirements.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IQC/Quality, preferably in an EMS/SMT manufacturing setting.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly, SMT process, ESD, and inspection methods.
- Ability to read BOMs, component markings, datasheets, and drawings.
