We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sociology Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Sociology classes, preparing study materials, mentoring students, and supporting their academic and competitive examination preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct effective and engaging Sociology classes for students.
- Explain concepts, theories, thinkers, and contemporary sociological issues clearly.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, study materials, presentations, and practice questions.
- Conduct assessments, tests, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and competitive examination preparation.
- Keep students updated on relevant current affairs and social issues.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve course content.

Requirements
- M.A.



in Sociology is mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification is required.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Positive presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a easy and engaging manner.
- NET qualification is an added advantage.
- UPSC coaching/teaching background is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience will be preferred.

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good command of English and/or Malayalam.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Ability to work in a team and meet academic targets.
- Familiarity with competitive examination-oriented teaching is an advantage.
