We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising daily restaurant service operations, leading the service team, and ensuring that every guest experiences the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, or five-star hotels, with excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.

Candidates with primary experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast-food chains,



cloud kitchens, or delivery-focused restaurant brands will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable dining experiences and building solid guest relationships.
- Welcome guests, manage table allocation, and ensure seamless seating and service flow.
- Ensure all food and beverage service is delivered in accordance with Burma Burma's service standards and SOPs.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, beverages, and Burmese cuisine to confidently guide and recommend dishes to guests.
- Train, mentor, and motivate service associates to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
