Role Description The Deputy General Manager Business Development is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans for market expansion, and supporting revenue growth initiatives specifically in Healthcare, Educational & Hospitality sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading business development activities, analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, coordinating contract negotiations,



and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Business Planning, with the ability to create and execute growth strategies.
- Experience in Business Relationship Management, including building and sustaining long-term client and partner relationships.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales, with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
