Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project execution, programme and delivery.
- Lead civil, interiors, landscape, hardscape & external infrastructure works.
- Manage and drive all contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
- Establish project programme, weekly targets and monitor Planned vs Actual.
- Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
- Manage client relationships and represent TGE confidently with senior client representatives.
- Ensure high standards of quality, workmanship and finishing.
- Coordinate drawings, approvals, procurement and material availability.
- Monitor project costs, variations, productivity and commercial risks.
- Lead and motivate the project team and establish accountability.
- Provide concise, technology-driven project reporting and dashboards.
- Take decisions quickly and escalate issues with solutions, not merely problems.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a hands-on construction leader, not a coordination-oriented Project Manager.
The candidate should be:
- Technically strong and passionate about construction.
- Quick on his/her feet, energetic and solution-oriented.
- Solid in client and contractor management.
- Comfortable dealing with demanding / personality-driven clients.
- Experienced in premium residential / hospitality / clubhouse projects.
- Strong across civil + interiors + landscape/external works.
- Technology savvy and comfortable with modern project management systems.
- Strong team leader with the ability to push people and get results.
- Personally accountable for project outcomes.
