Environment Artist Intern
to join our indie game development studio and help build immersive environments for our upcoming PC title

If you love modular environment design, environmental storytelling, and working inside real-time game engines, we’d love to see your work.

What You’ll Do
- 3D Asset Creation:
Model and texture high-quality 3D props, modular pieces, and environmental assets optimized for real-time games.
- Level Dressing:
Assemble, populate, and dress interactive scenes inside
Unreal Engine 5
.
- Texturing & Materials:
Apply PBR texturing workflows using Substance Painter/Designer and set up realistic material instances.
- Lighting & Atmosphere:
Assist in crafting atmospheric lighting, visual fog, and compositional details to enhance player immersion.
- Collaboration:
Work directly with technical artists and designers to maintain scene performance and visual fidelity.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Portfolio:
A showcase of 3D setting props,



modular sets, or real-time scenes (ArtStation, Behance, or Google Drive link).
- 3D Software Skills:
Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max for low/high-poly modeling and clean UV unwrapping.
- Engine Familiarity:
Basic to intermediate understanding of
Unreal Engine 5
(importing assets, material setup, level arrangement).
- Texturing Know-How:
Solid understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows and Substance Painter.
- Eye for Composition:
Keen sense of scale, light, shadow, and environmental storytelling.

Nice-to-Haves
- Interest in psychological horror, atmospheric games, or stylized environmental art.
- Basic knowledge of decals, vertex painting, or modular architecture grids.
