- Mentor engineers and contribute to team development, sharing technical knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and engineering excellence.
- Lead and independently own large technical initiatives, demonstrating full accountability for end-to-end delivery from design through production while maintaining code quality and operational standards.
