Inspection Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and state teams for all inspection-related activities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage inspections with clients and Inspection Service Providers (ISPs).
- Ensure timely execution and closure of inspections in line with defined turnaround times (TAT).
ISP Valuator Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with ISP valuators to enable accurate and fair valuations.
- Share required documentation, guidelines, and inputs to support valuation quality.
- Address and resolve queries or operational issues raised by valuators in a timely manner.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure inspection activities comply with defined industry standards, internal processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspection schedules, outcomes, and documentation.
- Prepare and share detailed inspection reports and daily MIS with clients.
Communication and Reporting
- Serve as the central communication bridge between clients, ISP valuators, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates, performance insights, and issue escalations to management.
- Strengthen reporting mechanisms to improve transparency, tracking, and process efficiency.
Quality Assurance
- Coordinate follow-up inspections where required to validate closure of identified gaps or issues.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance inspection quality and effectiveness.
